MIKA Corporation, established in 2012, has been actively involved in all areas of real estate development, including acquiring land, acquiring the building permit, assigning architects and designers, selecting vendors and contractors, project sales, and executing post-sales plans.
The design process was a collaboration between the Mika team and A4 Design House, concentrating on creating a modern and minimalistic brand identity to communicate Mika's values and mission to its target audience.
The visual language is entirely based on mono-line illustrations of Mika's successful projects, which makes the visual elements dynamic and transformable for different uses, including stationary, prints, booklets, posters, wayfinding signage, a website, and social media kit.
The brand mark's sans serif letterforms deliver a sense of innovation and distinction. Also, a dark color scheme was chosen for the brand to make the images stand out even more and preserve a solid and firm trustable brand image.
