Kanterra is a Canadian real estate investment firm that utilizes a visual language composed of blocks and the spaces between them. Its design is inspired by top-down architectural plans and/or a city’s buildings at its core.
Kanterra's first letter is depicted in a geometric style in the logo. The visual language is made up of blocks and the gaps between them. Having top-down architectural plans and/or buildings in the center of a city. The usage of positive and negative space is critical in the development of the brand's visual identity. By utilizing positive and negative space, as well as the brand personality, we have increased our design consistency.
The blocks around the buildings, as well as the positive and negative spaces, effectively reflect the structures.
The general tone is maintained by moving between the brand's accent colors, and the blocks are better suited to represent the brand's identity.
